Shipping security option
We offer signature confirmation and insurance as a package (select this service after entering your personal information). There is a small charge for USPS and the service is free with UPS shipping. Please note that the Postal Service requires someone to be present to sign for the package. Otherwise, the package must be picked up at the Post Office during normal business hours within five days. Unclaimed packages are returned to us. The Postal Service does not allow signature waivers.
Due to large increases in the cost of shipping outside the U.S. and to be able to calculate the lowest possible cost of shipping we are only offering international shipping by special order. Please contact us
with a list of items and quantities so we can estimate shipping costs. If you agree with the total cost of the order we will provide a PayPal invoice for payment.
We are not responsible for damage, defect, material differences, or losses that occur to orders sent to a freight forwarder, and we are not able to provide replacements, refunds, or return labels on such orders. If orders sent to freight forwarders are to be exported outside the U.S., customers and freight forwarders are solely responsible for compliance with all export regulations. Customers shall bear all shipping costs of returning orders that are eligible for returns.
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses. We cannot assume responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.
If we shipped the wrong item, please write to us to obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA). For beauty and health items if there is a problem with our products, we will accept returns within 60 days of shipping. Honeys, beign food items, cannot be returned for health reasons.
Shipments damaged or lost
Shipments damaged or lost must be reported within 30 days of the order date. If the insurance option was selected (see below) this period is extended to 90 days.
We offer insurance at deeply discounted rates if available with the shipping option selected.
Order Modification or Cancelation
We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders on the basis of suspicion of fraud or because of processing software errors.
